STOP Projecting your insecurities onto other people

Today we are going to talk about projecting your insecurities onto other people. I thought about this topic out of pure frustration that I’ve received from my mentors and other well meaning counselors who unknowingly discourage me on my journey to medicine. Take a listen to how this plays out in my life, why it frustrates me, and how I deal with it.

#23 | stop projecting your insecurities onto other people

shownotes

AFFIRMATIONS for daily gratitude -

I trust that everything is working out for my good.

I let go of how I think my life should look and celebrate its amazing reality.

I am allowed to be happy even when my life isn't going as planned.

I choose courage over fear because I am divinely supported.

I am capable of overcoming anything; giving up on myself is not an option.

I believe in myself and refuse to give up.
